These taste a lot like Lara Bars!
1/4 c. almond butter
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 c. almond flour
3 tbsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. almonds
1 c. pecans
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
1 c. dried fruit
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, egg, almond flour, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix together and then add remaining ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.
Press mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Spread it around well with a spatula.
Bake for 12 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
