Nana's Almond Flour Pancakes

These pancakes are great plain, but you can add bananas, apples, or berries to make it a full meal.


    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    4 egg

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1/4 tsp. baking powder

    1 c. almond flour


Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Heat a little coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Pour batter into the skillet in pancake shapes (this recipe will make 4 large pancakes or 8 silver dollar pancakes). Cook for a few minutes before flipping and cooking on the other side.
