This is yummy and filling.
1 kale
1/4 med. banana
3 strawberries
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1/4 c. canned coconut milk
1/4 tsp. maple syrup
Place banana and strawberries in a blender. Add one leaf of kale (taken off the stem) and Greek yogurt. Add coconut milk (start with 1/4 cup and increase as needed to achieve desired consistency) and maple syrup, to taste. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
