Lovely sprinkled on top of Greek yogurt. The whole recipe makes 3 cups and has 7.5 carb, 9 protein and 0.5 fat exchanges. I divided these by 9 (and rounded) to get the serving info, so it actually has a little less than 1 carb exchange. I use certified gluten-free oats in mine...

Ingredients

    1 oz. raisins

    2 c. old-fashioned oats

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

    1 oz. almonds

    1 oz. walnuts

    1 oz. sunflower seeds

    1/4 c. shredded coconut

    3 date

Directions

  1. Place dates in the freezer while prepping the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Toss the other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cut the dates into small pieces and slowly toss with the remaining ingredients. Add dates slowly, as they will stick together if too many are added at once.
