Mocktail Mangorita

I'm not really much of a margarita drinker, but I do know many people who absolutely love them. How about trying this healthy alternative, instead of the usual heavy sugar-laden version?


    2 c. pineapple

    2 lime

    2 mango

    2 med. frozen banana

    1 dsh. cayenne pepper

    1 pinch sea salt

    1 c. ice

    1/2 c. water


Cut up pineapple. Peel and quarter limes. Cut up mangoes. Put all ingredients in blender (I used a Ninja). Blend until smooth. Serve in cocktail glasses (with salted rims if you like).
