These remind me of thick cut fries that come with "fish" in the "fish and chips" combo.
sea salt to taste
1/2 oz. peanuts
1/2 oz. sunflower seeds
1/2 oz. almonds
1 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 garlic
Mix whatever variety of nuts suits you best, stir in a generous amount of malt vinegar, then add the salt. The vinegar allows the nuts to stick to the salt. Try adding different kinds of seasonings like garlic or rosemary- enjoy!
