I love smoothies as a quick treat. This is what I made as a snack today. The mint is optional, but it is a really hot day and the mint makes it a wonderful treat.
12 fl oz. tea, green, brewed
1/2 oz. almonds
fresh mint to taste
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 c. frozen mango
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Enjoy!
