Soft, almost like pancakes, but great for rolling meat up in, or spreading with almond butter and sweetener of your choice. LOVE these for my kids!
1 1/2 c. water
2 egg
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 c. millet flour
Mix cold water, salt, and eggs well in a mixing bowl that has a spout for pouring. I like to use my 4C Pyrex measuring bowl. Whisk in the flour, and pour onto hot griddle or hot greased pan. Flip when bubbles appear on top side of tortilla. Enjoy with almond butter and honey, or your choice of meat filling. Gluten free and yummy!
