Mexican Salsa (Mild)

This makes 5-6 cups so I wasn't sure of the 'serving' since everyone will use different amounts. :)

Ingredients

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    2 tbsp. chili powder

    6 oz. tomato paste

    1 3/4 c. water

    2 lrg. tomato

    1/4 med. onion

    1 med. green bell pepper

    18 green olives

    1 tsp. sea salt

    1 tsp. lemon juice

    2 tsp. fresh basil

    1 tsp. fresh chives

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Store covered in the refrigerator.

This makes 5-6 cups

You may leave the olives out if you'd like. I just happen to Love olives! You may also make it hotter with spices or certain peppers if you prefer it that way.

Try to use as many Organic veggies as you can just because they're healthier for us
