Great flavor in this gluten-free recipe for meatloaf!
1 lbs. ground turkey
1 lbs. Italian turkey sausage
1 egg
1/2 c. almond meal
1 tbsp. fresh made salsa
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. cilantro
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use hands to mix well. Press mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
