So tender and juicy. Much better than fried!!!
1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine grated parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt, and seasonings. Spread mixture over chicken breasts (whole or cut into smaller pieces).
Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
