These meatballs are moist, delicious, and flavorful! They can be eaten as is or combined with many different dishes to complete a meal!


  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3/4 c. breadcrumbs, made from sprouted whole-grain bread, organic
  • 1/4 c. onion, any type, organic
  • 1/8 c. bell pepper, green, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano, dried, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 lbs. beef, ground, free-range or grass-fed, organic


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Chop onions and peppers. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into meatballs (approximately 24 meatballs).

Line a baking pan with foil and arrange meatballs in pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip each meatball. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes until done (160°F).
