Tasty lean center cut pork loin chops marinated in soy sauce and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

    6 pork chop

    1 pineapple

    2 tbsp. wheat-free soy sauce

Directions

Wash pork and place in a bowl/bag/pyrex dish and pour the juice of one pineapple and soy sauce over top. Marinate AT LEAST 1 hour, the longer the better. (Sometimes I add garlic for a little extra flavor).

Cut pineapple into rings and set aside.

Grill for about 5 minutes on each side for a thicker cut and about 3-4 minutes for a thin cut. Leave the grill on in case you need a little extra cook time after cutting into them.

Toss pineapple on the grill until you get nice grill marks on the rings. They make a great addition to the meal. Serve with corn and potatoes.
