Maple Waldorf Salad

    1 tsp. maple syrup

    sea salt to taste

    3 oz. cooked chicken

    1/2 oz. walnuts

    1 med. red apple

    2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

    2 tsp. coconut sugar


Combine chicken, apple, and walnuts.

Mix together yogurt, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and salt.

Pour yogurt mixture over chicken and apple mixture, and stir to mix well.
