Maple Dill Carrots

This is one of my family's favorites. Enjoy!


  • 3 c. carrot, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • 2 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1 1/2 tbs. dill weed, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure


Put sliced carrots in 10" skillet, add water, and steam until tender. Drain carrots and add butter, dill, salt, and maple syrup. Stir and serve.
