Mango Salsa

Salsa for Lime & Chili Chicken


    1 avocado

    1 pinch sea salt

    2 mango

    1/2 red onion

    1/2 cucumber

    1 jalapeno pepper

    1 lime

    1/4 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic


Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl, except avocado.Set in refrigerator to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. When ready to eat, top with avocado.

Serving size is 1/3 of recipe, approximately 1 cup.
