Fresh mango and avocado salsa is a tasty way to top off any grilled chicken, pork, or fish. A healthy light summer delight!
1 mango
1/2 sml. onion
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 avocado
Chop up mango, avocado, and onion into bite size pieces and mix together in a bowl. Add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with sea salt. Mix together and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Put on top of grilled chicken, fish, or pork. You can also use it to top off a lettuce salad.
