3 protein **1/2carb** and 1 fat Use leftover chicken (or other meats)

Ingredients

    1 oz. mozzarella cheese

    1/2 c. tomato

    2 romaine lettuce

    3 oz. cooked chicken

Directions

Dice meat, cheese, and tomato (before measuring) then layer them into each romaine leaf, eat like a taco!

*can also add 1/2c diced onion and more romaine leaves to make it 1carb
