Healthy yogurt loaded with lots of good things! This is the best tasting, healthy yogurt I've ever eaten.
17 5/8 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. honey, raw
1/2 c. raisins
1 med. banana
3 tbsp. almonds
In a mixing bowl add the yogurt, cinnamon, honey, raisins, and diced banana. Mix together with a spatula or spoon. I like to add the chopped almonds to give it more texture. Makes for a great snack or I use it when I am having a sweet attack.
