Pair this chili lime marinated chicken with rice, quinoa, or your favorite vegetable!
1 pinch sea salt
1 c. extra virgin olive oil
4 chicken breast
2 lime
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 garlic
1 tsp. fresh oregano
Whisk lime juice, chili powder, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil together. Pour over chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least 1 hour. When ready to cook, remove from fridge and cook to your personal preference (grill, sear, bake, etc.).
*For even more flavor, cut the chicken breasts up before marinating.
