Gluten-free pizza crust made with lentils. Add your favorite toppings for a BD-friendly pizza night!
1 c. lentils
1 egg
1 c. milk, raw or organic
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch garlic powder
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Soak lentils. Drain. Soak in boiling water until soggy. Smoosh it. Mix smooshed lentils with egg, milk, salt, garlic powder, and coconut oil. Bake until it's not runny. Top with cheese and toppings. Bake at 300ºF for 20 minutes.
