I can't take credit for this recipe....I adopted it from a magazine. It is awesome and I make it every week! Sorry, I don't know how to break down all of the serving info.
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. hemp seeds
1 lbs. kale
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 sml. shallots
1 lemon
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Rip kale into bite sized pieces. Add all of the ingredients and "massage" the kale to mix everything together. Massaging helps make the kale a little softer.
