Quick and easy recipe for salmon. Tastes great with a side of steamed vegetables.
4 oz. salmon
1/2 tbsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon
Mix olive oil, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture onto the salmon. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil. Place salmon on baking sheet, and bake at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes. About halfway through, cut lemon into slices and cover salmon with it.
