These are great for something different!
3 lbs. green beans
2 tbsp. coconut oil
2 garlic
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon zest
black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. sea salt
In a large heavy skillet over high heat, stir fry green beans and garlic in coconut oil until crisp tender.
Reduce heat to medium, add lemon juice, lemon zest, pepper, and salt. Cover and let steam for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you desire, they may steam for as much as 10 minutes, yielding a very soft, delicate flavor.
Serve immediately. They are great left over too!
