This is a light fizzy beverage that can curb your cravings for regular soda.
1 c. seltzer water
1 c. water
1 lemon
1 pce. fresh ginger
8 stevia packet
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into 1 cup of water. Combine the lemon water, a 1-inch piece of ginger (peeled and sliced), and 8-10 stevia packets (to taste) in a small saucepan. Boil for 15 minutes so that all the flavors are well incorporated. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and strain liquid into a cup. The liquid should be extra sweet and with a rich ginger/lemon flavor. When cooled, pour 1/4 cup in a glass with ice and add about 1/4 cup of seltzer water for fizz. Makes a tasty soda!
