Feeling a little low on energy at times? I was until a friend suggested this drink. Tried it and it really works for me. Just four little ounces but a great pick me up!
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1 dsh. cayenne pepper
1 indv. stevia packet
Heat water in a small pan. Remove from heat prior to it boiling Place all other ingredients into a small mug Pour hot water over ingredients Let steep for four or five minutes. (the longer it steeps, the more potent it gets) When it is cool enough to drink, just DOWN IT !! That's right, ginger and all (try stirring it while drinking to keep all of the ginger from being in your last gulp). You'll get a warm feeling and a boost of energy. At least it works for me!!
