Lemon Garlic Salmon

A simple, delicious marinade for wild-caught salmon!


    1/2 lbs. salmon

    2 tsp. avocado oil

    1 tsp. lemon juice

    1/2 tsp. lemon zest

    1 clove garlic

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stir together avocado oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Place salmon fillet skin side down on baking sheet. Season with sea salt and pepper. Brush lemon, garlic, and oil mixture over salmon.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through. Let salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
