A simple, but delicious, way to dress up asparagus.
1/2 lbs. asparagus
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange asparagus spears in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, and toss to evenly coat. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove asparagus from oven. Toss asparagus spears in minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
