The perfect side dish for Lemon Garlic Chicken!
1 c. green beans
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 clove garlic
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and green beans, and sauté until crisp tender. Season green beans with sea salt and pepper, and reduce heat to medium. Cover skillet and let steam for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you desire, you may steam for as long as 10 minutes – this will give the green beans a very soft, delicate flavor. Drizzle lemon juice over green beans before serving.
