Easy to prepare and YUMMY. Have tried this on halibut and salmon. Enjoy!
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 halibut
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. fresh dill weed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat dry fish steak. Place on center in square of foil large enough to extend out from the fish steak about 4 inches (shiny side out). Brush each piece of fish on both sides with a little olive oil. Squeeze some lemon juice over the fish, then sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper. You don't need very much of each seasoning, just a light topping. Bring each edge of the foil together, running along long side of fish. Fold long edges over together in one direction until you get to the fish with a little space remaining. Fold opposite ends of the foil until you have a square pocket. Place in oven on center rack. Bake 30-40 minutes until fish flakes apart with fork.
*Each ounce of salmon/halibut would be one protein.
