Makes 3 Cups. 1 serving = 1 tablespoon. Once you have lost your weight you won't have to be so concerned with counting fats, but believe me most people don't enjoy eating mayonnaise by the spoonfuls! Now, go make those deviled eggs, and Lana's Ranch Dressing for dinner tonight! * To make low-sodium, just reduce the amount of salt.

Ingredients

2 c. extra virgin olive oil

    2 egg

    1 tsp. mustard seed, ground

    1/8 tsp. onion powder

    1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    1 1/4 tsp. sea salt

    3 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

Add eggs, mustard powder, oinion powder, garlic powder, sea salt to blender. Blend on 'medium' for a couple of minutes. Now add the lemon juice and blend . Turn speed to 'high'. Gradually add olive oil, pouring slowly in a thin stream. This should take approximately 1 1/2 min. After you have added all oil, stop blender. Scrape mayonnaise down off blender sides. Replace lid and blend again on high for approximately 15 seconds. You will have beautiful, thick, delicious mayonnaise. Refrigerate. (This will store several weeks in refrigerator:)
