Lamb and pineapple kabobs with coconut milk. Very easy very yummy :)
16 oz. lamb
1 pineapple
1 lrg. canned coconut milk
1 sea salt
Salt cubes of lamb. Alternate cubes of lamb and cubes of pineapple on each scewer. There should be 4 ounces of lamb per scewer. salt coconut milk to taste (optional). Put prepared scewers in oblong container and cover with coconut milk. Place in refridgerator covered over night. Take scewers out of the coconut milk. Grill or broil scewers for 5 to 15 mins or until done to your liking.
