This is a Zesty Tomato Salad Dressing that I have been playing with that tastes great to me, compared to what I have been able to find. If you can find organic items for some of the items great, we only have one small organic store and does not carry alot of options. Remember can change amounts of vinegar and such..I like vinegar and pepper.
2 clove garlic
2 dsh. stevia
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. malt vinegar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. red bell pepper
1 tsp. peppercorns, black, organic
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Place all ingredients in a bowl and wisk till until the mixture emulsifies.
Add more or less of ingredients to personal taste..I myself am still experimenting with this recipe.
*One serving would be about one tablespoon.
