Kousmine-Budwig Breakfast

This is something I have used for breakfast in the past that is really filling and fits this diet so I thought I would share.


    4 tbsp. cottage cheese

    2 tbsp. flaxseed oil

    1 sml. banana

    1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

    2 tbsp. ground flax seeds

    1/8 c. old-fashioned oats

    1/8 c. millet, organic

    1 c. fruit, your favorite, fresh, organic


Mix the cottage cheese and the flaxseed oil in a blender until you obtain a rich, white, creamy blend. Grind the flaxseed, millet, and oats. Add all the ingredients to the cottage cheese and mix well.
