Great flavor! Serve over quinoa or rice.
1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tbsp. tamari, organic
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp. tapioca flour
Brown ground beef with minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat. When the beef is cooked through, add coconut sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. If the sauce is too watery, stir in tapioca flour (or arrowroot powder) to thicken it a bit.
