This chili is meaty, full of flavor has a kick ! (you choose how much kick according to spices)
1 lbs. ground beef
3 c. tomato sauce
15 oz. canned kidney beans
1/4 c. onion
1 garlic
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. dried oregano
3 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
Brown ground beef in skillet. Combine beans, tomato sauce, chopped onions, and seasonings (to taste) in a big pot. Drain meat and add to pot. Bring mixture in pot to a boil. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
Feel free to add more cayenne pepper if you want it even spicier!
