Kelly's Quick left over chicken salad

This fresh and pretty lunch is quick and refreshing. The fresh Basil really makes the flavor refrishing. and the touch of honey gives it the slightest sweet taste. I like to dust them with a pinch of smoked chipotele power for that sweet n spicy taste. I think shrimp would work well also. Enjoy!


    3 oz. cooked chicken

    2 oz. avocado

    8 fresh basil

    4 cherry tomato

    1/4 tsp. honey, raw

    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

    2 romaine lettuce


SAUCE I use my Bullet mixer but you can use what ever you have I put in 4 cherry tomatoes 5 basil leaves 1/4 t honey 1 t olive oil Blend

in a small bowl I cut my precooked chicken in 1" chunks chopped my avocado in small chunks added the remaining basil chopped Mix with your sauce and put in Romain lettuce leaves
