Kale salad with a spicy dressing.
2 c. kale
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Make the dressing: whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
Massage dressing into chopped kale for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
*Not a big fan of spicy food? Feel free to decrease the amount of cayenne pepper used.
