This is my favorite breakfast. Such a quick and easy recipe!
4 egg
1 c. white mushrooms
1 c. kale
2 oz. Italian turkey sausage
2 tsp. coconut oil
Melt coconut oil in medium skillet on medium-high. Saute sliced mushrooms and sausage. When almost done, add kale (cut in thin strips) and saute until wilted. Add lightly beaten eggs, and season to taste. Stir frequently. Enjoy.
