A quick and easy, tasty detox smoothie that hides the taste and texture of kale!

Ingredients

    1/2 med. frozen banana

    1 c. frozen berries

    1 c. kale

    1/2 c. homemade coconut milk

    1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

*No frozen fruit? No problem! Use fresh fruit and add a few ice cubes to the blender.
