Tasty and healthy, what more do you want!!
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 cooked yellowfin tuna
1 c. fennel seed
1 hndfl. kale
1 lrg. tomato
1 tsp. mustard seed, ground
1/2 tbsp. lemongrass
Place oil in a soup pot and heat. Chop the fennel bulb and tomato and add to hot oil. Put in your herbs and spices. Simmer for a few minutes until the fennel become slightly softer. Add in water, enough to cover the veggies. Bring to boil then simmer. Put the kale in the pot and give it a stir. Meanwhile divide the tuna between two bowls. Once the kale is to your liking, serve the soup and add extra spices/herbs if wanted.
