I wanted a turkey burger that didn't have added carbs. I did add a little onion and some spices for the taste.
16 oz. ground turkey
1/4 c. onion
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. fresh basil
Dice the onions and basil. Mix all ingredients and form into 4 patties. Cook by your preferred method. I fry my patties in coconut oil.
