This is good for the Quick Start!!
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1 clove garlic
2 egg
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, weight out 3oz balls and cook in pan on the stove. You can cook with Coconut oil if you want little more flavor. If you want to include a fat add butter to the pan. I like to saute' onions and and mushrooms to go with it..
