I was trying to make the ginger dressing that you get when you go to a japanese restaurant... this is what i got. It taste great with salad, so you can get something different than vinegarettes all the time.
4 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. fresh ginger
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over salad. Enjoy!!!! FYI: i used 1 TBL of the dressing and had some leftover.
