Serve these meatballs with a spaghetti squash, zoodles, or a tasty salad!
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/3 c. onion
1 lbs. ground turkey
1 egg
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. In a small pan over low heat, melt coconut oil and fry diced onion until soft and golden brown.
In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion, egg, oregano, basil, and sea salt using your hands. Using small scoop or hands, create 22-24 meatballs and distribute evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 1 serving is 6 meatballs.
