This simple Italian dressing recipe uses very easy method for achieving perfect emulsified vinaigrette.
1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. fresh oregano
1/4 tsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 garlic
Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet or food processor, and grind until completely mixed together. Transfer to a dressing container and let sit overnight for best results. Give a quick shake and it's ready to use. This makes a lot of dressing that's good for several weeks in my house. The whole family loves this dressing. Serving is 1-2 teaspoons.
