These chicken tenders are so good... great meal for kids and adults!
1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
red pepper flakes to taste
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Start with chicken tenderloins or cut chicken breasts into strips (like chicken tenders or chicken fingers).
Lightly beat an egg in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Dip chicken tenders into egg and then into almond flour mixture. Arrange tenders on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
