1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 med. onion
1 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond flour
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. coconut aminos
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil. Puree onion in blender or food processor. In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, flour, basil, garlic powder, pureed onion, coconut aminos, sea salt, and pepper and mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Cook for 30 minutes.
