Isabel's Meatballs

My go-to meatballs!


    1 lbs. ground beef

    1 tsp. coconut oil

    1/2 med. onion

    1 clove garlic

    1/4 c. almond flour

    1 egg

    2 tbsp. fresh parsley

    1 pinch red pepper flakes


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onions, and cook until fragrant. Let cool.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic and onions, almond flour, lightly beaten egg, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Use hands to mix it all up until well-combined. Form 16 meatballs and place on baking sheet.

Cook for 30 minutes.
