No wheat, gluten, or dairy!
1 dsh. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. coconut flour
1 dsh. nutmeg
3 egg
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. egg white
1/3 c. canned coconut milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey, raw
Throw everything in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are mixed well. Cook using your waffle iron directions.
*Note: These waffles are not very sweet, but my kids are not accustomed to very sweet foods. I served them alongside berries and they were a big hit.
